This piece was a competition submission for the Chicago Latino Film Festival. The contest requirements were to design a poster advertising the 32nd annual festival. The idea behind my image was to capture the filmmaker’s point of view. I decided to make the photograph black and white so that the details about the festival would pop with an array of colors.
